A traditional Italian Easter Bread recipe


12 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinammon
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
2 packages yeast
4 lbs. / flour

Put yeast in bowl, 2 cups of warm water, 2 tsp sugar, stir and let it stay til foamy. Put aside.

Beat eggs, put all sugar, oil, vanilla.

Another bowl – put in flour, make hole in middle, add cinammon, salt, put yeast, mix everything, keep working well. Let it rise. Then mold into any shape, decorate with hard-boiled eggs.

Bake 350 degrees / 30 minutes until brownish on outside.
