How to make nutella, homemade nutella recipe

Ingredients

2.1 oz. roasted hazlenuts
3.5 oz dark chocolate pieces
3.5 oz sugar
2.5 oz butter
2.5 oz milk

Grind the hazelnuts and the sugar until you get a fine powder.   Then add the chocolate into to the powder -  blend for about ten seconds.

Melt the mixture using a double-boiler or bain-marie for about ten minutes.  Do not overcook or boil the mixture.  Add butter and milk and stir constantly.

When it turns into a nice cream, place it immediately in jars. It will keep in the refrigerator for about ten days, and is a delicious and healthy snack.  Enjoy!
