Here is your chance to win a FREE cookbook of Italian recipes during this holiday season!

I'm giving away a free cookbook - all you need to do to be entered in this drawing is to post a random comment ANYWHERE on this blog by the end of Dec 29th, 2012. The cookbook is Preserving our Italian Heritage. It is a nice hard-cover book (this is not an ebook) and shipping and handling will be paid by ME.

Basically, I will draw a randmom number to correspond with a comment.

The more comments you post, the more chance you have to win....Good luck!

The winner will be posted on this page.

Thank you, grazie mille!

Happy Holidays

Hi David,
I'm glad you have a wife that continues with the tradition left by your parents of cooking Italian meals.

To everyone else, thanks for posting, I'll announce the winner soon.

Buon capodanno - happy new year!

I am full-blooded Italian and my father came to this country in 1912 when he was six years old. Mother was born in USA, but was raised in an Italian speaking family. Miss them both now as they are gone, but my wife cooks as well as my mother and continues the Italian cooking tradition.

Hi everyone, thanks for posting.

Judy and Anna, happy holidays to you too.
Nicole, good luck!

Hi Marcel, that is a wonderful story. I'm sure Letoianni is beautiful if it is near Taormina. That is one of my favorite spots in Sicily along with Cefalu'. I hope you can make it back there someday soon. Would love to see some of your paintings.

Take care
