Music is a big part of the Taste Event heritage and there will be musicians for all tastes on the Florida Lottery Stage.  Along with Frank Stallone, additional entertainers include; The Crests on Friday evening honoring the late Johnny Maestro; the sensational Lou Galterio performs on Sunday with his tribute show to Sinatra, Martin, and Bennett;  12-year old, Matthew Romeo promises to excite the audience with his talent;  Tre Bella doing all the traditional hits;  Franco Corso “The Voice of Romance”, George Galfo’s Mystics and many, many more.

“It’s about passion, passion for family, friends, food, music and all that is Italian” said Jerry Somma Producer of the festival.” “You don’t have to be Italian to enjoy the festival and everyone gets to be Italian that weekend at The Taste of Little Italy” he added.

There will be a large area of festival rides and games for children of all ages. Win that special someone a stuffed toy and try your luck at the new Gondola Race game. If you have a competitive edge be sure to enter Johnny V’s Pizza and Lasagna eating contests to be held on Saturday and Sunday.

Come out and meet Joe Gannascoli from the Sopranos at the Cugine Cigar Lounge and get one of his very own cigars and his new book “A Meal to Die For”. Take a picture with him or pick up a piece of memorabilia. The proceeds will benefit Little Smiles, the Official Charity of the Festival.
