Saint Cecilia was an only child and lived in the 3rd century.  She is the patron saint of musicians.  The feast of Santa Cecilia is celebrated in Trastevere (a district of Rome) and also at the Catacombs of San Callisto. 

This is also celebrated in other parts of the world such as St. Paul's Cathedral in London.
