Sarasota, Florida is a small community on the West Coast of Florida.

However, they have a pretty big Italian-American population, most of whom have relocated from either New York and New Jersey or even places like Ohio, Wisconsin and Michigan.

It's good to see that this weekend will be the 3rd annual Italian Festival in Sarasota.

I hope they continue to have it in the future.

If you are in the area, come out and support this great event.  There will be

Live Entertainment, Traditional Italian Food, Special Guests "The Wallendas", Italian Shirts - Hats, Carnival Rides (New), Art and Craft Vendors, Roaming Musicians, Italian Car show, Fireworks over the lake, Gondola Ride with Photo Op, Kids Friendly Zone, Imported Peroni Beer, Zonin wine, And Much!

$5.00 Admission -Kids 12 and Under get in Free...With a Portion of the proceeds going to Community Haven of Sarasota County
