Italian Salsa

1 lg. tomato, diced
1 lg. white onion, diced
1 lg. cucumber, peeled & diced
3-4 canned whole, peeled tomatoes, chopped

Approximately 10 Pepperoncini pepper, finely chopped

Stir together all ingredients. More canned tomatoes may be added for
consistency. Also more pepperoncinis may be added (and some juice) for more
flavor. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with Italian bread!

Also good with tortilla chips (for an Ital-Mex flavor)
